MUTUAL BENEFIT
Mutual benefit or Win-Win thinking sees life as a collaborative field. It is based on the idea that one person's success is not achieved at the expense or exclusion of the success of others. There is enough space and resources for everyone to succeed.
One teacher said that maturity is the balance between courage and consideration, both of which are essential to win-win. If you're mature, you can listen emphatically and understand and you can courageously confront others if needed. This kind of communication will clarify expectations and facilitate a real Win-Win.
Trust is the essential ingredient in relationships that we care about. When we trust others they will trust us, we can be open and put our cards on the table. Even though we may see things differently, we should be committed to understanding each other's point of view.
Rather than a scarcity mindset, let us develop an abundance mindset that comes from a deep understanding that nature is abundant and that there is enough for everyone.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
The significant problems we face cannot be solved on the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. We need a different perspective, different consciousness. We cannot remain in ignorance and expect to solve our problems effectively.
One powerful way to approach our problems is to see them differently. The biggest problem in our lives is not the problems we face but the way we see them. If you see a problem as a problem, THAT is a problem. But if you see a problem as an opportunity, you have a starting point of effectively solving your problem.
If you think that every problem is an opportunity for something, your problem solving will be creative and effective. I even recommend to stop using the word 'problem'. Whatever difficult thing you encounter in your life you can call it a challenge or an opportunity.
Problems that life puts before us are not meant to crush us or discourage us. They are meant to help us learn, grow and become wiser. They are meant to make us stronger.
So welcome your problems and see the hand of the supreme intelligence in them. Use them to your advantage. And, when you face a problem, ask yourself 'What this problem is an opportunity for?'

MENTAL LAZINESS
After getting so many gifts from Krsna, still being unhappy is mental laziness and a lack of gratitude.

ARE YOU DEVELOPING YOUR HABITS OF EFFECTIVENESS
Dear friend,
Here's a fresh set of tips and thoughts for you today. Our theme this time is developing a sense of purpose.
Why not begin today with a mental image or a picture of what a specific outcome you're trying to achieve actually looks like. And then use that picture as your frame of reference by which everything else is examined.
Create affirmations with these basic ingredients: They're personal, positive, in the present tense, visual and emotional. For example - I am becoming an effective public speaker. Then each day visualise the realisation of these affirmations. Or you can pray to achieve the same. You'll find that your behaviour and circumstances will change for the better.
Write down your philosophy of life, focusing on what you want to be (character) and do (contributions and achievements) and on the values or principles upon which being and doing are based.
Identify the specific roles you have in different areas of your life (eg., businessman, parent, friend, coach, mentor), and then think about the long term goals you want to accomplish in each of those roles. Then 'chunk' those down into short term activities that will build toward achieving the long term goal. Roles and goals give structure and direction to your personal sense of purpose.
My best to you!
