Srila Prabhupada set measurable goals for us. He defined success by setting measurable goals. He also wanted us to be perfect gentleman, to develop a good character.
This is what leaders and preachers do. They say, "This is the next target. This is how will you advance. This is how will you grow. This is how will you express your devotion to Krsna. So go for it!"
