We can
choose what we want to be in ISKCON: a volunteer or a victim.
Many devotees are
complaining about so many things.
But devotee, especially a leader, can take up
a more proactive role by being very optimistic about ISKCON's improvement and
expansion.
Volunteer never complains.
He simply does his best to enhance the
cause of ISKCON.
He will always encourage devotees and try to make the best of
any situation.
People may (and will) complain about the leader, but excellent
leader will not complain about people, because he agrees to serve them out of
his own free will - to please Lord Krishna.
