Positive Language starts within, with the Positive Self Talk or you may call it Positive Inner Dialogue.
When it is positive on the inside, it will be easier to speak positively on the outside.

Positive Language is described in the Bhagavad-gita:
... speaking words that are truthful, pleasing, beneficial, and not agitating to others, and ... regularly reciting Vedic literature.
